DESCRIPTION

Called when someone sends an in-game emote command.

PARAMETERS

E_ACTOR : the player trying to emote
E_EMOTE : the emote mapping


STRUCTURE OF THE EMOTE MAPPING

complex : 0 - msg is a string
1 - msg is a LandLib message
msgtype : the LandLib message type of the msg, usually
"feeling" or "say"
ingame : 1 - an ingame emote
targets : an array of targets or null
adj : the adjective which was used
verb : the "verb" of the emote
