mapping copy_mapping(mapping)
DESCRIPTION
This efun is needed to create copies of mappings instead of
just passing a reference, like adding/subtraction from a
mapping do.
HISTORY
Superseeded by the copy() efun.
Removed in LDMud 3.3.
