A command for communicating feelings, actions or emotions.

Example output:
Player nods solemnly.
Player nods solemnly at Player.
This is an in-game emote command, which means NPCs can recognize it.
Emote commands which are not explicitely marked as in-game commands are invisible to NPCs.
