Send a message to a chat channel. By default, the message will be sent
to channel "chat". Prepend "-" to the channelname if you want to send
the message to a different channel.

A shortcut for chat is "=". Examples:

= message (will send to the default channel)
=-otherchannel message (will send to another channel)
